Sunday, August 28th

• Registration 9am-6pm (Stemmons Ballroom -Hilton Anatole)

• Sunday Funday at the Hidden Door - ~8PM

• Official Welcome to Dallas Party at S4 – Doors open at 9, show at 10

  • Performances from our renowned Rose Room cast ft. NAGAAA royalty, Chyna Charles from Nashville, TN and Alaysia McKenzie from Austin, TX.  
     

Monday, August 29th

• Registration 9am-3pm (Stemmons Ballroom - Hilton Anatole)

• Manager Meeting 12PM-2PM - (Grand Ballroom - Hilton Anatole)

• Opening Ceremony – 5pm-9pm @ Gilley’s Texas

  • Kickoff a week of friendly competition with a night of music, celebration, and fun.

  • Transportation to be provided from the host hotels.

  •  A/C (mostly indoors), the traditional t-shirt swap, very special guests and our version of The Parade of Cities - this is not to be missed!

  • Stay until 9pm for a very special presentation!

• Official Opening Ceremony After Party - Round-Up Saloon - 9pm
   

Tuesday, August 30th

• Hall of Fame Dinner – 7pm-10pm @ House of Blues Dallas

• Texas Rangers vs. Houston Astros  - GSWS Night at the Ballpark! – 7pm @ Globe Life Field

  • Our GSWS block of tickets has sold out. Purchased tickets can be picked up during registration at the Anatole or Opening Ceremony. For more information please refer to your emailed receipt.
     

Wednesday, August 31st

• GSWS Annual Nancy Pribich Charity Night – Featuring Asia O'Hara! 7pm-10pm @ Hilton Anatole

• Join special guest, Dallas' own Asia O'Hara for a night of fun, performance and DRAG BINGO for some great prizes!

• Silent and oral auction of some amazing items including 1 week condo usage in Puerto Vallarta, a signed Dallas Cowboys Football ...and MORE!

• All proceeds benefit the Coalition for aging LGBT!

• VIP Tables (including meet and greet with Asia!) and reserved Tickets.

Thursday, September 1st

• Team Dinner and Sponsor Bar night!  Check the website for your city's assigned "host bar" for the week!  Please support our Sponsors, who have helped make this week possible! (assignments coming soon!)

• Theme party at the Hidden door at 9 pm - Leather wear encouraged (but all attire welcome!)

• Alternatives-to-bar night activities available include, Reunion Tower,  After Hours at the Perot Museum, Medievil Times..and MORE! See your GSWS hosts at host hotels and the fields to get more information 
   

Friday, September 2nd

• Friday Night Lights – 5-11pm - Field to be announced soon!

• Championship Eve Bash – 9pm @ Dallas Woody’s Sports and Video Bar - SPECIAL perks for those playing on Championship Saturday! - Co-sponsored by Gilead

Saturday, September 3rd

• Closing Ceremony Block Party on The Strip – 6pm-10pm.

  • Come celebrate our champions on The Cedar Springs "Strip" 

  • Champions receive a police escort from Anatole to front of the Block Party stage!

  • Huge entertainment announcement coming soon!
